I am 13 and i wanted to ask this: At what age should a boy first have a girlfriend or kiss? I mean i have friends who ALWAYS have girlfriends, cant stay single and already have french kiss, lip lock and other crap. I never had a girlfriend nor the first kiss. What do you think?

Dude…let me get this straight…because your friends have girlfriends that means you should have one too? In a same situation if they jump off a bridge would you jump too? I think not…so. What i advise you to do is find the moment YOU want to have a girlfriend..not because others do…and do not be sorry 13 is still a young age…you have time to get a girlfriend…focus on your studies and get a gf when YOU want to!

Basically, I`m in love with a girl. She knows I`m in love with her. She already has someone. She doesn`t like me like that but said she wanted to be friends still (maybe she just said that to be nice). I`m thinking that if she becomes single, I want to say something to her. I just don`t know exactly what. How about this?
“Hey, may I talk to you for a second? So… Yeah… I was actually going to wait for a while, but I thought it`d be too late if I waited. Anyway, I know you said you didn`t like me like that, and I can accept that definitely, but… I don`t know what I`m trying to say here… My point is… Wanna do something on like Saturday?”
Now, I don`t expect her to become single, but just in case she does, should I say this to her? Should I say something else? What do you think I should say?
Honestly, I would, but considering the circumstances, I can`t really flirt. It`s better to just get the thing out of the way. Or maybe I`m just not thinking… too smart.

its pretty much exactly what that surfer guy said! take it easy. i know when my guy was in a relationship and i was in love with him, and he knew that, and i got signals that he liked me too but he told me that we can only be friends. and it broke my heart many of times. but when i look back, i was definitely in the wrong for even being friends with someone i was in love with who had a relationship with someone for so long that they were in love with. but eventually they broke up and when they did i pursued him so hard! lol and he wasnt ready to give his heart away again. and he hurt, and i was definitely again in the wrong, for pushing him. to eventually he turned away from me, for a while. and i noticed. and then i drew back ALOT and then eventually as time passed he drew closer and closer to me. because of the fact that i was there the whole time and i wish that i had put my feelings aside and stopped being so selfish. but he told me something that kinda shocked me the other night, that he liked/likes my persistence and selfishness. hahaha i love that guy alot! and he FINALLY!!!! wants to start dating when he gets back home in april. so im very excited to see where this goes!
so calm down….alll you can do is be there for her. for your friend! and she will definitely take in account like, hey this guy was there for me and i really appreciate that. and then who knows maybe then the two of you will get together. but TIME!!!!! seriously i didnt just go from being in the no zone, to some what friend zone to i love you zone over night. i`ve been barking up this tree for 12 years now. but i love him, and we`re older and wiser and everything seems to go in a flow now. and also who knows! maybe she will initiate the two of you dating. like my guy did! =)

I kind of like this guy I`ve recently started talking to in my science class, the conversations aren`t that meaningful or anything but we laugh a lot and it`s a good time. I think I am starting to like him but I am trying to not feel like that because I feel like there is no way he could like me. It seems like he tries to make me laugh and everything but not much more flirting than that. Do guys develop crushes as fast as girls do? Could he like me?

I think that he could like you. I think the best thing to do is just express your feelings now! Because the longer it goes the harder it will be. Plus if he dosnt like you he could probably get pas that easier now then in awhile. You could still possibly friends later if you tell him now! Hope this helped

I`d think you`d want to be ordained for Nevada since that is where the wedding is taking place. I`d contact the county the wedding is being held and see what the laws are and what you must do to get ordained.

Well first of all im not bad looking or super good looking in just average,my sisters friends tell me in a scale 1 to 10 im a 7 and i could be a 8 if i grew some muscle,im skinny by the way. I never use to be shy in talking to a girl and im still not shy but i tink i lost my game,ever since my ex left me i havent been myself,that was about a year ago from now. What can i do to make myself more attractive?. When i talk to a girl we talk but we dont really make a connection,in a real nice guy to,maybe is it cause im to nice or what should i change in myself and do. Im 5/6 ft tall,i work hard and go to college,i know how to cook,im a really cool guy if you get to know me. I like having fun with my friends. Thats alittle bit about myself maybe that will help. It`s winter and me and my boyfriend are kinda broke 
we`ve had lots of movie nights, gone window shopping, for cheap meals, had days at eachothers houses 
any suggestions for dates/things we can do that wont cost much ? We are both sorta nerdy and love doing art/music together if that helps? Thanks

The dates that involve no money! A good one is to make a playlist on you tube or itunes or whatever you have on your computer of all the romantic songs you both like. and play them all day and lay in bed kiss and cuddle and what not. Since you both like art why not draw together! or draw each others faces or have a contest on who can draw the best picture of a certain animal or object or whatever. Playing a card game together like Uno or tens and twos is REALLY fun and maybe you can make bets like if you win you get to do blah blah blah or if he wins he gets blah blah blah or whatever suits your guys.
